Over the last few years my artwork and photography have been regularly exhibited by the RWA.
My work involves the study of ancient trees. One of my projects involves the study of the complex, and unique biodiversity found in Wiseman’s Wood. It's one of the three Temperate Rainforests within Dartmoor. The Pigmy Oaks, unique in their form, support rare lichen, mosses and ferns. This rich tapestry of form, texture and colour has been the setting for many legends. More importantly as guardians of our natural world, we need to protect it.

The Guardians: Conté and graphite on Mylar. Exhibited alongside the Network Artist Members of the RWA Bristol. The Cedars of Lebanon towered above a pathway that led the way to tiny souls. This drawing was from a series created of historic trees. Studies were carried out on site, and touching narratives were shared by those who first walked by, then stopped and shared their stories...
